Hey! I’m Jimmy, a dedicated fitness coach based in Sydney’s inner West in Wentworth Point and super grateful to be a part of the community.

I’m really excited you’ve stopped by my page and equally keen to connect with you and offer support if and when I can. So, even if:

  • your strength has faded, your energy’s tanked, and you’re starting to wonder if this is just what getting older feels like.
  • you can’t remember the last time you trained consistently, and now even 30 minutes feels like a luxury (or a chore).

  • you walk into the gym and feel like a beginner all over again while everyone else seems to know exactly what they’re doing

I have a simple objective of helping men and women take care of their bodies in less time and BS.

Just a quick one on who I am so you know how I can be most helpful to you.

Born in Malaysia but grew up in Sydney. Having grown up here for pretty much all my life, I grew up loving various sports and riding my bike, especially as my Dad was really fit and active when he was younger.

I’ve worked most of my career in financial services, helping businesses manage transformation, which I still do part time, while I’m spending my other days in the week helping individuals with health and fitness transformation.

Then my Dad’s health, as well as my own, took a decline and realised that if I wanted to be around for the long term not just for myself, but more importantly, for my wife and kids, things needed to change personally.

But to cut a long story short, I lost a bunch of weight, kept it off, got strong, and lowered my risk of lifestyle diseases (think diabetes, cardiovascular disease etc), and now spend most of my week as a health and fitness coach helping individuals, including my dad, make progress to transform in similar ways.

Just like:

💪 Pat, who managed to lose several kilos, and reduce his cholesterol in less than 8 weeks so that he can keep up with his kids despite being a busy dad who runs his own business.

💪 Cara, who got rid of lower back pain, grew in confidence, built up her strength and now has great form to allow her to continue enjoying exercising without the fear of getting injured.

💪 Mushi, Krish and Abhi who have managed to increase their strength and muscle, and lower their body fat percentage despite being a busy professional.

💪 James, Ed, Mel and Shelagh, who are all 65 and have managed to increase their strength and endurance allowing them to enjoy cycling, hiking, tennis, surfing, and more travel pain free.
